If you are looking for a great support for your knees, this is the right wraps for you. I have many wraps and knee pads. I am really particular of what I use for what movements. Personally, for squats, I like something that my knees are going to be supported through the whole lift. I switch from wraps to knees pads and vise versa, because the wraps usually lose their stretchiness. However, this knee wrap doesn't just support your knees but it is made a little thicker than what I am use to. Therefore, my knees feel really good when I wrap them. This doesn't mean that it doesn't have room for stretching your knees. I do not have to re wrap them after my lift since it's not cutting circulation. I'm very satisfied with this knee wrap. My new Favorite!!!
