Shipping Update (12/16/2020)

We’re handing off packages to our shipping carriers as safely and quickly as possible. Most will arrive on time, but some orders may be affected by nationwide shipping delays.

Should I expect delays?

In short, yes. If you expect them, and they don't happen, then you'll be pleasantly surprised. But between shortages in staff, limited cargo space, and package backlog because of Coronavirus, most shipments will be delayed.

We use a handful of delivery partners (including USPS, FedEx and UPS) to deliver our products. We have been working with our carriers to plan for the expected surge in shipping volume this holiday season, but delays are still expected this holiday season.

What if the package doesn't arrive by Christmas?

If for some reason, the package does not arrive in time, then you have our sincerest apologies. Please consider upgrading your shipping speed using the dates below, to ensure your package has the best chance of arriving on time. These shipping companies are working tirelessly on lower than normal staff to get these packages to you on time. Please give them a little grace. While we don't offer refunds due to shipping delays, we are happy to provide you with IOU options, such as a printable "it's coming soon" card, etc.

We're hoping our customers can take these shipping delays with the same attitude we have: this is SO 2020.

Shipping Update (12/8/2020)

Cut off Times

These are only cutoff dates that the company has to receive our package. It does not include the time it takes (1-2 business days) for your order to be completed. Please allow 2-3 business days for custom orders. These are not guaranteed dates, just advised dates by the companies’ to ship by:

Orders MUST be in by 3pm MST on the day shown below in order to ship that same day.

We are working so hard behind the scenes, often beating the estimated shipping date of 1-2 business days and shipping the same day. For example: if an order comes in by 2:30 pm MST, we will ship the same day. We will pack it up and drive it to the post office that same day, because we love our customers and want to make sure you have the best chance of getting items on time.
