Orders & Production

When will my item ship?
Most items will ship in 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday, non-holidays). Please allow more time for made-to-order items. Our made-to-order items include: lifting belts, glute bands, lifting straps, and knee wraps. 

Are your products made to order?
Yes. Most items are made to order and built specifically for each customer. Items are made here in sunny Florida, each purchase supports this woman-owned, small business ❤️

How long does production take?
Made-to-order production typically takes 10–14 business days before your order ships. I'm a mom to two athletes and a gym owner, I need a little extra time to create your item :) 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the carrier and your location. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. Because items are made to order and part of a close-out sale, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or size swaps. Please double check all sizing prior to ordering. If you need help with sizing, please click on the chat button in the bottom of this screen. This will send us a notification, but give me about 1-2 business days to respond :) 

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please double-check sizing before ordering. We cannot change or exchange orders once they are placed.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If there is a manufacturing issue or order error, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Sizing

How do I choose my size for belts?
Measure around your waist over your belly button where you plan to wear the belt during lifting — not your pants size. Refer to the sizing guide before purchasing. Our belt ends are meant to overlap! The belt is not too big if they overlap, nor is it too small if they don't. A perfect fit is where the velcro is attached at least 4-6 inches or the belt tip is about 2 inches from the buckle when closed. 

How do I choose my size for wrist wraps?
12 inch wraps are lighter, 18 inch offers more support for lifting. 

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Closing Sale

Are items being restocked?
No. This is a close-out sale and inventory is limited. Once items sell out, they will not be restocked.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders begin processing quickly and cannot be canceled once production has started.
