We’re Lifting the Dream, and we’re on a mission to make the world a better place to lift through inclusive, fun, and supportive lifting gear for people of all fitness levels. We’re based out of Florida, but it all started in a living room in California in 2015 with a dream to make quality fitness shirts that were funny and motivational at the same time.

We’ve since expanded to designing lifting belts, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, lifting straps and more. We can personalize the belts and wrist wraps too! Lifting the Dream is proud to be a woman-owned, small business with gear designed by athletes for athletes of all shapes and sizes.

*Listing events on our site is always FREE but we do offer sponsorship options for increased exposure and a small fee to help cover website hosting costs. If you are interested in sponsorship, please let us know below.
