We absolutely love spaghetti at our house. We have a tasty, light marinara recipe we are sure your whole family is going to love. We put this on pizza as well or use it as a dip for breadsticks. It really is just the perfect marinara sauce. The red wine vinegar included really provides unique robustness, adding just the right amount of flavor to this recipe.
Matthew’s Marinara

- 1/4 Cup Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 Tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 Tsp Onion powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Tsp Dried basil
- 1 Tsp Dried oregano
- 1 Tsp Dried parsley
- 1 Tsp Salt
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender on the "pulverize" option or something similar
2. Cook on pizza or pour over spaghetti as preferred!
3. Enjoy!!
This healthy marinara recipe is a family favorite and toddler approved! It pairs well with most noodles, spaghetti squash, pizza dough, and cauliflower dough! For our spaghetti, we like to add hot Italian sausage and lean ground beef but feel free to add whatever protein you'd like to the mix.
